Fox News to host 'America Together: Returning to Work' town hall with Trump

Will our tax dollars pay for this obvious Trump campaign gimmick?

Fox News announced Wednesday it will host a virtual town hall with President Trump on Sunday night focusing on COVID-19 and the reopening of the U.S. economy. The network said the president will answer viewer-submitted questions for 90 minutes of the two-hour event, which will begin at 7 p.m. ET.

The program, "America Together: Returning to Work," will be co-moderated by "Special Report" anchor Bret Baier and "The Story" anchor Martha MacCallum. It will be ... broadcast live from the Lincoln Memorial in Washington, D.C.

The balancing act between keeping the public safe from the coronavirus while slowly reopening the U.S. economy continues to be one the Trump administration attempts to navigate.

The U.S. death toll from the virus is more than 57,000, according to Johns Hopkins University data, with the country's gross domestic product retracting by 4.8 percent in the first quarter.
Overall, more than 26 million Americans have applied for unemployment benefits in the past four weeks.

With Bret, Martha and Trump. Hell, bring Pence, Ivanka, and Jared as special guests to mingle with the crowd. Follow Trump's no mask necessary guidelines and everything else. Should be safe according to Trump and Pence.
