This is a classic case of we should believe the woman....until her claims are proven false to a reliable person with all available evidence. She stated she told 3 staffers at the time and all 3 have consistently denied that. She also claimed she made a formal Senate complaint, yet she says she did not keep her copy of that complaint. And Biden asked the national archives to search for it today which shows he is confident there was never any such thing.

The evidence has been examined and her accusation shown to be very likely false.

Once the records are open, they would have endless leads to trace ---- what he said, contradictory things he said, positions he took, places he visited, often in foreign cities where more Reade-type allegations can be manufactured from sand. This is the WITCH HUNT!

The timing on this combined with the failure to dig up dirt on the Bidens in Ukraine is not coincidental. Trump needs a weapon to attack Biden for the 2020 election. Trump cannot win on his record and he cannot attack Biden on the substance of his political life.

I have done volunteer and paid work with women and children who have experienced assault, rape, sexual harrassment, and domestic violence. I am familiar with the inconsistencies that can occur in retelling the event due to stress, trauma, and blocking out parts of the experience. I heard Tara Reade tell and discuss her claim at length in in online video. It did not sound credible to me.

She contradicted herself a few times regarding who she spoke to about the alledged incident and when. A few periods of vagueness in telling the story sounded like they were contrived to make it sound realistic. The questioning was somewhat leading in parts. She did acting before getting involved in politics.

That's not to say that an actor cannot have a genuine experience of harrassment, assault, or rape. But given the timing, lack of records for reports she said she made, and past acting experience, I just don't believe her.

I don't believe for a minute the MSM will do anything but parrot and slam home Repub talking points. MSM are owned and operated by Repub toadies. When it comes to anything about Dems they presume guilt until some new slander leaks out they can jump on even harder. Then with Repubs it's all "nothing to see here."

I really wonder how she supports herself. She says she's a writer, but I can find nothing other than a couple of articles on Medium. Nothing on Amazon, not even self-published. She says she was an actress when she was young and ALMOST made it big, but does she have any credits on IMDB? Nada.

She says she got a JD degree and even puts the letters after her name, but is she a practicing attorney? It doesn't seem so. She isn't a law professor either, although sometimes she puts Dr before her name. Sorry, but until she testifies under oath like Dr. Ford, I'm skeptical.

Though it is worth noting that the twenty-six lodged against the cheap thug are straight up truth, and the one lying smear directed against Mr. Biden is just that....
