Have a look at the account which posted that video. Notice that the person lives in the UK, and most of his original tweets are relevant to the UK. It's not a retweet, but a completely context-free video posted by someone in a country inconsistent with the ostensible subjects.

Now, look at the video. We are supposed to believe that this person pulled up to a pump, got out, and walked in the door, and that the eagle-eyed clerk saw the hole when she was in the parking lot, and had his phone handy to record just as she walks into the door.

Does the person with the phone record every person that walks in the door?

I doubt it.
