I give credit where credit is due. He has done and continues to do a very good job for our county. I hope he at least goes Independent if not Democratic after he reflects on this experience when all is said and done.

From what I've noticed, the more radicalized right-wingers hate RINOs with a lot more intensity than they hate even Democrats, Greens, etc.
I suppose they see them as traitors - and nothing else.

(4,950 posts)and I watch his public updates after Cuomo's. He is level- headed and fair and is rational. I actually sent him an email with suggestions in case we needed to formalize the stay-in-place measures which luckily, we did not have to. I believe he lifted them in response to that first wave of protests--I think he was looking to defuse the situation. But he did not lift them in an irresponsible manner, at the time our rates were down and number of hospitalized patients were decreasing. I like him.
