We should refer to Republicans pushing for liability protections from COVID as a "liability vaccine"

It's so useable.

* They're going to get a "liability vaccine", we're going to get "Well, just don't get sick and you'll be fine"
* We can say "Well, it's going to take months or even years to get a vaccine"
* We can say "Half of the businesses will get the liability vaccine, others will just get a form with so much boilerplate saying they won't actually be protected in the event they get sued, a legal placebo if you will"
