The purpose of the shutdown was never to stop the virus, it was to slow it down enough that hospitals could handle the capacity.

The question now is, when do we get to that point. The vast majority of hospitals are on low census, and furloughing employees. Can they handle the surge when it gets to them? That is the question.

Don’t change the objective mid stream, or you lose the argument.
