I am not sure. Did she file a law suit? What, exactly does she want?

(7,315 posts).... her Putin love suggests one thing.... and her ardent support for Sanders another.
She was bankrupt a few years ago and now seems to be doing okay and claims to own horses. We need to onow more.

question everything
(47,487 posts)her feel "uncomfortable." But now, all of a sudden this is an assault? What were the chain of events? Her lawyer contacted the Biden campaign claiming this and demanding, what? Or did she twit? How did all this "story" end up on PBS NewsHour of all places? OK, it did after it was in the New York Times but how did it get there?
A former acquaintance, a savvy politician with a law degree once told me: anyone can sue anyone..

(16,616 posts)Her social media presence, with its 180 degree switch on Putin, suggests she's being strongly encouraged by others. Others have raises reasonable questions about whether she is even writing many of her tweets, which do not rise to the level of a law school graduate and native English speaker.

(47,487 posts)I think that knowing what she wants, even if someone - not associated with the party - tells her: there, there if this will shut her off, it is worth it.

(44,973 posts)An apology? For something Biden says never happened?
Money? Wouldn't that be a bribe?
Sanders as the nominee? Now that's a great idea.
question everything
(47,487 posts)I have zero knowledge in psychology but I think that sometimes disturbed people just want someone to sympathize with them without necessarily agreeing with them. But perhaps I am clueless.
I just think that this needs to go away.
On Nicole Wallace yesterday, both Donna Edwards and Susan Page expressed their opinions that Biden's emphatic denial was not enough. Did not elaborate.

(17,622 posts)...if BS had been the nom.....he would have had to fend off accusations too. This is now the nature of the game. We know how female candidates are treated..like shit...and called 'whores'...and are forced to sit for hours being grilled by a bunch of men.
Men will have to spend their time defending themselves against sexual accusations and women will have to spend their time proving they arent whores...
Im moving on and every time this subject comes up again in the news, I will send in a donation. Im ready for joe to take the lead and get us out of this shit hole.

(17,550 posts)With her constant changing of stories she is no longer credible. It is my opinion that she is just a plant, and that she is doing it for either money or for fame. All successful large lies are spun around small truths. She was on the payroll, she did file a complaint, although it was apparently not a sexual issue at the time. These are the things that you hire thugs like Roger Stone, who are experts in bribery and extortion, to take care of for you.
These kinds of attacks can be expected to continue. They are nearly impossible to defend against, and if you go after the accuser you are viewed as a misogynist heel. Things will get a lot worse between now and November. The more accusations that are made, even if they lack any credibility they have an accumulative negative effect.
It is a particularly effective form of attack in that Trump is immune to reprisals in kind, even with a long history, and strong physical evidence to support his accusers. Frankly, I think that is somewhat proud of his sexual abuse of women. Many of his followers apparently feel the same way; It didn't bother them in 2016, it won't bother them today.
