When not if the second wave hits, how many will shelter in home again?

talking with a couple in our complex last night-she doesn't think people will do this quarantine a second time.. I think that is why I fear the 2nd round much more.

No one likes being told what to do for their own good. But those who do, will benefit. With all the death taking place, it is heartening to know that we control what happens. The decision and will to live is strong in humans.

Charles Darwin is being proved correctly. The survival of the smartest is on display here.

If this only took out the idiots it would be one thing, but it won’t be that selective.

As a teacher, my work obligations will be over @ 20th as far as I know hubby's boss is telling his people if they can work from home, continue to do so.

But I know several that are going to break the" MF rule.

Still rising in others.

It looks like the composite has crested for the country, but that's largely NYC's large, sick tail wagging the much larger and healthier dog.

It doesn't look like the function's going to decay quickly, but that could be due to the fact that it's a superposition of many waves and the overall composite isn't really a separate thing. NYC's curve's dipped down rather quickly.

Doing math in college we had to come up with series of waves to fit various shapes. You can use waves to model a V if you want to, or a ___ or a staircase. But calling the resulting function "a wave" pushes things farther than possible.

They refuse to stay in? Okay, so what then? There's still no shops or restaurants open. What does defying the rule do for them?
