Limbaugh sponsorships

I was in Radio Shack today.

Playing on their multiple TV displays was Glenn Beck's blaze tv nonsense. Makes me want to vomit.

But that's beside the point.

He was speaking on behalf of one of his sponsors - Carbonite.

You'll recall that Carbonite ceased its advertising on Limbaugh very publicly and with a heartfelt comment by its CEO. In fact, many here said they would switch to Carbonite as a result. And I vaguely recall noting that I would do the same once my contract was up with another backup provider.

Well, I have to say, I was a little non-plussed seeing Carbonite advertising on an equally extreme show. Maybe extreme in the batshit crazy mode instead of the mysogynist, racist mode, but extreme nonetheless. Well, I guess the bottom line is, well, the bottom line. And if they can get customers who listen to Glenn Beck, then so be it.

But buyer beware.
