The debates are going to be a complete disaster for Rmoney

I can see him acting like a game show host trying to get the audiences on his side with stupid quips and sad attempts at jokes, with his main theme being "we built this" while Union carpenters backstage laugh at him.

Mitt Rmoney, asshole.

Edwards was very meek. I couldn't believe it. He was a trial lawyer. I was so pissed.

There is no objective reason for me to worry that President Obama will lose the debates, or do poorly in them. I have no reason not to believe that Romney will come across as the smirking idiot he is, while Obama will be every inch the intelligent, thoughtful, calm President of the Unisted States that he is. But I'm still really, really worried for some reason. Partly because Romney lies so easily, I guess? I don't know. Somebody talk me down!

My boyfriend, on the other hand, is pretty convinced Mitt is going to have a truly disastrous meltdown, something really awful and unprecedented: maybe he'll call Obama 'boy' or 'punk' or something, or maybe take a swing at him, or have a full-on temper tantrum and kick his podium over, or whatever - something that will indicate clearly that Mitt is not fit to be president of a local book club, let alone of the country. I really hope so.
