Kansas Courts could delegitimize both Presidental Candidates

I was listening to Chuck Todd for a second had to cut him off as usual. But I watched long enough to hear them say that in Kansas, their argument is that because President Obama didn't have two American Born Parents he should not be allowed to be president.
BUT wait, wasn't Romney's Father Born in Mexico??

If the Kansas's courts actually sided with those biggots, they would have to throw Romney off the Ballot too!

Let Kansas go to Gary Johnson

Whites born in Mexico are OK, as long as they're not ethnically Mexican.
