I thought for sure that would swing the Latino vote Romney's way!

Most of the rest of Nevada is the Reno area.

The cowboy part of Nevada --a tiny portion of the overall vote.

Obama is no libertarian, but honest libertarians would rather deal with a liberal leaning Democrat who is honest about it than a big government conservative who lies about being for small government.

The Non-Partisan, 'independent', 'decline to state' voter is the third largest voting block in the state; their numbers dwarf the Libertarians almost threefold. Non-Partisan voters are pragmatic, the genuine fence sitters, the deal breakers the candidates must address. They are savvy and clearly understand the message from both candidate and are the force that will deliver to election to Obama.

Democrat 562,324
Republican 460,669
Non-Partisan 213,701
American Independent 59,976
Libertarian 8,406

Total 1,313,911

That being said, the Latino vote is undisputed

it looks to me like the electoral map could very easily end up exactly the same as 2008, with the exception of NC and IN.

And NC is still possible, as is MT.

formed it's own "shadow party" called "Team Nevada" to do fundraising and to bypass the state party and get money from the RNC, since the state party was now controlled by the Paul people. Quite interesting.
