Even going on a crowded cruise did not infect me. I must have some good anti-bodies.

The service staff was all from SE Asia (China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines )
The ship was sold out crowded, we attended every stage show & hung out at buffet every day for lunch, and I used the ship's gym everyday.

I am in excellent physical condition. I was born late in my parent's lives, my mom was born near the end of the 1918 Pandemic and my dad was a young child during all of it. My mom had babies until she was around fifty years old. As far as I know, my family lost no one to the 1918 Pandemic, so I can say that maybe I have great genes, but I won't because that is besides the point, we are dealing with a new beast now, one that has shown that it can kill perfectly health people once they get it.

And living thru it.

My ancestors have been living in India for over 4000 years. So some genetic improvement in resisting viruses is to be expected.

But I am sure washing my hands at least 25 times every day with soap has helped.
Because upon return from cruise, I have done grocery shopping dozens of times,
accompanied wife every 3 weeks to the cancer hospital for her chemo treatments,
and a few other activities with people.

It just wants to find cells it can hijack, replicate, and move on. Most of the damage being done to people is their immune systems trying to get rid of it and overshooting the mark.

It looks like he's taking chances, but he's not, he's expecting everybody else to be uncomfortable to protect him. He won't mask because of what it does to his heavy makeup. I expect him to continue on like this unless Jared or Ivanka gets it, at which case he'll go full Howard Hughes for the duration. That might actually be a good thing, getting him out of the way so he can't micromanage everybody and continue to foul things up.

People who are playing it safe won't be going to bars or even to church for a while, especially when numbers start to spike up again.

Unfortunately, people can't avoid going to work. Be kind to all of them, even if they're having a bad day and are grumpy about it. We're all going to be having bad days for some time to come.
