I told my wife to be ready for a nasty surprise. My plan if I lost my job (unrelated to the virus) was to sell my house and move in with my mom. I got to think my house has lost a 1/4 of its value.

Due to property taxes and escrow shortages!

I'm still procrastinating on 2018, but I'm sure it will be the same. Really tired of "winning."
