CBS was long-tagged as liberal, and it's true they did skew a little left of center -- but that was back in the days of Rather and Cronkite. They are all owned by vast right-wing corporations now and those execs push hard to get out corporate propaganda even if it means pushing what a fascist whack brained idiot wants to spew.

Conservatives, knowing they had Fox News and hate radio sewed up, started the liberal media propaganda campaign to discredit legitimate facts. Thus, any negative coverage of their actions could just be dismissed as liberal bias. We would do well to remember that the news business is run by corporate heads who are more interested in profits than in presenting fair and accurate news stories. I suspect many of the CEOs are Trump supporters, except maybe Bezos. Hard to with him since Trump has gone after him personally. Business leaders tend to lean Republican because they do not want to pay taxes. They have no interest in supporting Democrats because their taxes will likely increase.

The question I have is whether they believe Trump and Republicans are destroying the country or whether they even care. I suspect not.

So, why even waste time on them with actual, easily provable facts? I say, lampoon it to the point where few will dare to talk about it like it's something real.
