This is in regard to 'Obamagate' and Barr's indication that he has no appetite for that repulsive entree.
I see this as a win-win for Democrats. If he takes the bait and orders investigations into nothing, it provides the opportunity to talk about partisan hacks who lie and obstruct as easily as others breathe. If he says 'nevermind,' we can taunt him mercilessly with accusations that the story was an utter fabrication.
Am I missing something obvious that would negate this idea?
