Side effects only a risk if not prescribed by a real medical doctor for certain immunological conditions.

I think we're going to get a very awkward denial from this doctor, because it sounds beyond unlikely that he would prescribe a risky drug to an extremely litigious patient who does not actually have the disease it's rumored to help.
IOW, the liar is probably lying.
