Ouch! Julia Davis KO's stupid school tweet

"Much very good information now available."
Sounded better in the original Russian.

Donald J Trump

Schools in our country should be opened ASAP. Much very good information now available.

Hey, the guy lost more money than any businessperson in history per the IRS.

Dad gave him 450 million and he not only lost it all but he now owes 4 billion to putin and pals, thus putin running our country now.

A lot of accounts I respect, including Julia and Lincoln’s Bible, are IMO deliberately misinterpreting this.

Awkwardness and accuracy aside, “very good information” is a thing, and there can be much of it.

or that someone else is posting to his account. I think it sounds like Trump’s awkward style. It’s not grammatically incorrect.

Compare with Lincoln’s Bible:

She is not alone. A lot of other accounts are running with this theory with just Trump’s tweet as evidence. See the replies to Julia’s tweet. I’d rather they didn’t, as it’s misguided.

Granted, Davis doesn’t go that far; she is better informed. But the point is that the construction is not an indicator of nefarious origin, even if the results are.

Much very good information now available.

This is not a complete sentence.

Correct grammar is not predicated upon inference or subjectivity; rationalizing otherwise makes one look much less educated than they otherwise may be...

Guy claims children do not carry Covid, which is totally and provably wrong.

But Trump seized on this, and now his crazies swear by it.

children, teachers, and all staff.

There is so much to consider to safely re-open schools.

Will there be enough school buses? You certainly cannot pack children next to each other on school buses anymore. Which means that you will need more buses to get children to school on time.

Who will drive those buses?

What is the protocol for a child that tests positive for Covid19?

Does his/her entire class go into quarantine?

Will class sizes be smaller? If so how will this work?

Where will children eat lunch? Crowded cafeterias? At their desks?

Are there protocols for extra curricular activities? School sports?

Just because the CDC says that you are less likely to get it from surfaces does not mean you can't.

Children share a lot of things during the course of the day, from books to computers.

I trust that the people that are entrusted with the safety of our nation's children are working hard on these matters and not using the safety of our children as a political football.
