in the masks. I dont think Ive seen anyone who looks bad in one.
Both heroes and villains in movies look good in masks. Cowboys doing the ultimate in macho activity, driving cattle, wear masks. The coolest motorcycle helmets only show the eyes if they arent covering the entire head.
I dont get why a man who wears his hair like a helmet, colored a weird yellow and who puts on orange makeup with white raccoon eyes can possibly think covering up his anus shaped mouth makes him look worse. Its mind boggling.

(102,378 posts)Even wearing head-to-toe Ebola-level PPE. For most of us, it is just a solid relief not to have to worry about makeup or if our hair looks lousy. A slim silver lining-- given how little sleep many are getting over the past weeks.
What an incredibly superficial society we live among now.

(10,885 posts)out of the house so quickly (on the very few times I've tried) because just a little eyebrow pencil and mascara and I'm good to go. Superficial? Yes, but also a nice bonus.

(11,304 posts)I didn't cause I'm trying not to be a weirdo. But I was impressed, I'm still trying to find a nice mask for myself. I do wear the standard mask but would like to dress it up.

(9,952 posts)it serves me well. MOST get a little bounce in their step and for moments, they feel good with no effort. Sometimes even carries along thru their day.
How wonderful is that.

(7,694 posts)to wear a mask in order to be admitted to the concert. I can't begin to tell you how surreal it was to look at a completely masked audience! Having lived in Venice (Venezia) for 7 years, I quickly learned that a half mask (only covering the eyes) is So-oo-o much more comfortable than a full mask (covering the eyes, nose and mouth.) But I wear my mask here whenever I go out.

I really don't pay much attention to people in general, and I've always had fairly large personal space needs.
So if anyone is daring me to do anything, it's going completely unnoticed by me.

(5,969 posts)But I have to say, for some, wearing a mask makes their eyes pop and that is usually beautiful.
I guess you need to get accustomed to feeling comfortable after any change but there is no need to feel ashamed in regards to how you look.

Jeff Tiedrich said, "... the president is a hopped-up-on-drugs bloated creampuff with dainty baby hands dangling from his withered t-rex arms, teetering on 3" lifts in his shoes and a girdle that makes him pitch forward like he's about to face-plant."
... and we haven't even mentioned his baggy suits and ridiculous ties.
With this guy run-on sentences have made a big comeback! The ugly cant be contained in normal sentences.
