(31,056 posts)Has trump said anything about this murder? I like the phrase under color of authority.

I don't know what the true story is; but, if it's not true, we shouldn't repeat it. It just provides ammunition for the other side.

He's a murderer.
No need to make up stuff about him. though I have no doubt he IS a Madman supporter.

(51,308 posts)I've seen it here several times. Good on ya for saying so.
I thought it might be him too, until I studied the photos. He's still a murdering criminal who needs to be charged.

(3,487 posts)the video, but I captured it before they did.
So here's a pic of Chauvin, and some pics I grabbed from the video. For me, the GIVEAWAY is his (for a cop) amazingly skinny arms, no biceps at all, no muscle definition...it would be hard to believe that there is someone else in the department that looks this much like him.

(61,698 posts)I can't tell one stranger from another unless they are right next to each other. This man is one type. No matter how often I look at his picture, I wouldn't be able to tell him from many others likely in his line-up. For example, to me, he also looks like Frank Figluzzi on MSNBC. If I hadn't seen Figluzzi so frequently on tv, I would misidentify him as Chauvin.
I would make a lousy witness for the prosecution.

(595 posts)Too many markers the same for me not to believe it is the same man. I recognize people by their posture and movement before i recognize their face. Between his ear shape, his posture especially the way he holds his arms and the musculature around his elbow I find it difficult to believe it is not the same man.

My question is why everyone who says its not him arent providing any proof of his whereabouts during the rally?

(34,661 posts)just knew something like this Killing was going to happen again. Kroll is a sniper,he will blitz you while standing behind some one else. Had a friend who was a Detective with MPD until he committed suicide. He once said,Kroll will take the whole department down one of these days. And that was some six years ago.

And just like other fraternal groups, self-policing. I think I see a self-referential problem here.

I was just walking across a crosswalk in a residential neighborhood, the cop car was speeding down the road about 70 miles an hour and I ran so fast to get out of the way. I wonder if that is legal for them to do that. Also no siren, silent.

(8,812 posts)Give him the same trial Floyd got. Just as fast as Floyd got. Same punishment as Floyd got. And ASAP.
Maybe next white prick ass trump supporting cop may think about his actions. Time to purge lawmakers.....And law enforcers. A Texas asshole lawmaker calling for execution of dem lawmakers, for treason????? OK, bring evidence, we have plenty. I am all for treason execution. We got a long ass list of GOP treasoners. . Constitution agrees. First remove the head of the treason snake.

(12,444 posts)Now.. I'm really curious...was it actually Chauvin pictured with tRump on stage with other cops at a Rally?

(5,801 posts)They look the same in the 2 pics--kinda rounded. Isn't that supposed to be a high-probability way of IDing someone?

(1,402 posts)I am beginning to believe, a lot of people go into law enforcement so they can throw their weight around and do these dastardly things and get away with it. It gives certain people a 'license to kill'. Most normal people don't even want to go into law enforcement profession because they wouldn't be comfortable throwing their weight around. Don't get me wrong, I do believe there are truly dedicated law enforcement officers that want to protect all of us. However, there are certain individuals who love the image of 'tough cop' and the power it gives them. Supposedly, all these guys were fired, I wonder how long it will be till they are all reinstated. The other men should be charged as 'accomplices' to murder'.

(16,616 posts)Yesterday all I could find was a list with no information and just the word "closed" after each complaint.
So this was a gentle, good cop who just suddenly snapped in the adrenaline-fueled heat of the moment facing a dangerous criminal.
