Far-Right Extremists Are Hoping to Turn the George Floyd Protests Into a New Civil War

Far-right extremists are showing up, with guns, to the protests against police brutality that have exploded across the country.

Others are egging on the violence from behind their computers, urging followers to carry out acts of violence against black protesters with the goal of sparking a “race war.”

Their presence makes an uneasy addition to the escalating unrest, which was triggered by the death of George Floyd, a black man who was choked to death by a white Minneapolis police officer earlier this week.

But there’s a range of motivations that’s driving far-right interest toward the protests, which are being led by community members and Black Lives Matter, and bolstered by antifascists.

Lots of cars with out-of-state plates and no plates at all in the hottest spots in Minneapolis.

neutralizing their efforts, usually (but not always) without harming them. They worked them to the ground and stripped them of all documents and items they were carrying and displayed any 'evidence' to the cameras. But those provocateurs weren't armed.

Maybe the number of cameras at these events will deter some. But then there are the masks...

Let's hope the F.B.I. is paying close attention.

It's Nixon's old playbook.

This crap worked in 2016 and 2014. In 2014, Missouri flipped to blue to red.

If they paint BLM as dangerous, then it favors Trump's narrative.

Remember his, "Chaos" speech at the RNC convention?

Keep in mind that there is a high probability that Biden will have an AA running mate. This is all about making black people look bad, so that Trump can win.
