How could things have been handled a few days ago to have prevented today's chaos?

an immediate arrest of all 4 cops?
That DA not implying that Chauvin would eventually get off?
An address from the president?
Trump not tweeting racist crap?

All the officials are pledging to work for justice. We have wonderful Dems in charge at all levels: Governor, Mayors, Attorney General.

Either way I'm not saying he isn't culpable. I'm sayin he may not be considered as culpable (still should be arrested).
