A lot of people just want to get out and some of them are causing trouble. They see it as fun I guess.

perhaps be trained to do citizen's arrests and on how to best report these trouble makers. At least get close-up photos and get them to speak. If word gets out this mischief is witnessed and will be prosecuted, some of this crap will stop.

Perhaps our guys should post observers around areas where they've notified city officials they're protesting...
