I was looking at the ballot and wondering how someone could fake a ballot and possibly cheat. Perhaps photocopy it and mail it in multiple times. That should not work as the envelop and ballot have identifiers and QR code so I would think the system would detect if there were multiple ballots submitted for a given person.
