He was Asphyxiated Not Intoxicated.

As the Hennepin County Medical Examiner tried to imply with his sly innuendos.

The preliminary results of George Floyd's autopsy suggest there were a number of factors that contributed to the 46-year-old's death. The report, conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner, states there were "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or strangulation"; however, the combined effects of being pinned down by an officer as well as "his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death."

"The family does not trust anything coming from the Minneapolis Police Department. How can they?" the Floyd family's attorney Ben Crump said during a Friday news conference.

The look on 'Officer' Chauvin's face tells you all you need to know as he pressed his full weight on George's neck as his buddy knelt on his back, another on his legs. Chauvin knew full well what he was doing and the smug 'fuck you' look on his face makes it clear. His message was clear, "I am killing him, because I can, because I want to and you can't stop me."

will be played as "reasonable doubt" by the defense. Personally, I'd reconcile that by saying George Floyd darn sure wouldn't have died, on that day, had he not been pinned down.

The the unwarranted and illegal abuse hasten his death.

I think that there should be conspiracy charges to go with the murder as well.
