Our democracy will be fine. It is as healthy as a democracy can ever be,

and we're going to win this.

Well, "win" it as much as a democracy with 40% of its population being hopeless idiots can ever be won.

Why do I say this? Because the fear required for genuine fascism isn't taking hold over most of our population. Our media are still fighting, the truth can't be buried and a clear majority of our people still know what's right. People are quite literally in the streets daily.

It came to me in looking at the #bunkerbaby hashtag on Twitter. I invite everyone who hasn't seen it to have a look. There is a total lack of respect- and a lack of fear- for Trump out there, all across the land.

He'll never cow us. He isn't strong or serious enough to put real effort into his awful, authoritarian feelings. He's a joke and he's going to lose. He's going to be a shameful, but laughable, shit smudge on the porcelain of our history in less than a year's time.
