Pretty sure it wasn't specifically done to benefit the Black Community.

I'd be curious as to how the racial breakdown/numbers are actually working out in that regard.

The rest?

Is a load of crap. Unemployment rates and crime rates were the lowest for everyone in a long time prior to COVID, not just black folks, and had been falling throughout Obama's term.

And lowest poverty? I'd like to know where those numbers come from.

And 'Opportunity Zones'? Please. Total scam for RE developers.

Was the main pushing it. He was willing to work with Trump to get it done.

Mass incarceration is a problem for all of us but specifically there is bias in the criminal justice system. Minorities are more likely to be stopped, searched, charged, convicted, and sentenced to longer sentences. We still need real criminal justice reform.

Still Cory Booker deserves most of the credit.
