(82,849 posts)The proper place for pressure, in my opinion, is on the rank and file members of the union. Does Bob Kroll speak for you? Does he represent what you are as a law enforcement officer? Are people like Bob Kroll the reason you became a cop? You might want the answer to these questions to be no, but as long as Kroll remains the president of your union, your answer is yes.
