(23,352 posts)Had to pull over for the 8 minutes and 46 seconds of silence. I am having trouble imagining what evil it takes to hold someone down for that long until life leaves their body. I am having more trouble imagining the terror George Floyd must have felt knowing he was dying. I am so sorry.

(42,402 posts)What a powerful way to end the service. It was such a long time. Thinking about Mr. Floyd and what he went through for those longest, last, minutes of his life broke me.
Rev. Al gave one hell of a eulogy.
