(31,125 posts)count the vote.
He is not going anywhere, that is for certain. He will try and use the protests as a way to build a private army with the help of the ass Barr who is guilty of 100 felonies.
1000 felonies.

The election will either be stolen before, during or after the vote.

(4,554 posts)To Trump, how is it a coup?
He is in charge.
He doesnt need to overthrow the government. He is already in charge.
As far as not believing the results if he loses, well, he will be escorted out in January.
The Secret Service will abide their oath over a desperate imbecilic man-child dictator-in-chief.
I have to believe that for my own sanity.

(26,154 posts)Period.
The Constitution and Federal Law provide 100% a blueprint what to do.
Trump doesn't leave? Well, he will see what the military really can do to a protester then.

(118,378 posts)that the President is an absolute monarch appears to originate with Nixon. That theory seems to have become popular during Bush II, when conservatives began to push their "unitary executive" view, to which Barr now enthusiastically clings.

(18,641 posts)It was just a reaction to the moment but when another moment occurs this will be easier for him to try again When his reaction to another event inspires him to make a full coup attempt.
And I expect it will be likely he tries it in the future. Especially when he sees hes about to lose the election

(3,334 posts)and if Trump loses, he will leave the WH. The Secret Service will not allow him to remain in the WH after the next president takes the oath of office. Whether or not he attends the ceremony is not important.

(2,002 posts)I think there are two scenarios:
1) He resigns in the second week of January 2021 for a pardon from Pence(land slide loss)
2) He convinces a GOP governor in a swing State to not certify the vote and just drags this out(close loss)
