Plastic Surgery only works if you get it to change a few small things rather than get an entirely new face like Ivanka and Melania did.

It is especially disturbing when you see relatively young women do it when there is nothing really wrong with their looks. I've seen some actresses who started plastic surgery young and by their mid thirties, they look awful. I think for some it becomes addictive, always looking for something to improve, but they're never happy with the way they look.
