Update to my suggestion that Google Maps update 16th St. north of Lafayette Square & White House.

In Google Satellite View, 16th Street is now labeled "Black Lives Matter Plz NW". You may have to zoom the image in or out with your mouse wheel to get the new name to show up.

The images haven't been updated yet but I'm betting they will be soon.

Google Earth labels the section of 16th St. between I Street and K Street as "Aces St". (What's that all about?) This does not appear in Google Maps, and the "Black Lives Matter" label only appears in Google Earth with a search, while it intermittently appears in Google Maps without a search, depending upon the amount of zoom you're using.

But the two share the same imaging so when it shows up in one it'll presumably show up in the other.
