1. This is very good. I wonder if hospital doctors are getting better at treating this.

If it’s a blood vessel issue that helps lead to pneumonia, then maybe they can prescribe to lesson severity of blood vessel complications.

Or maybe the use of remdesivir is helping.

My neighbor, a hospital nurse, told me a couple months ago that they started proning COVID patients. Laying them on their belly helped get air to the lungs. That alone improved prognosis.

But also the fact that the number of new cases declined significantly - the fewer cases from that decline is now showing up as fewer deaths.

3. Number of new cases was up by an average of 1000/day this week.

So deaths probably aren't going down significantly - The lower deaths today may be a reflection of last week's signifiant drop in average new cases (about 2,000/day).

Numbers have been dropping, but the count is predictably variable by day of week over the course of these past 2+ months.

Best to look at six-day moving averages. Deaths are waning, on average, but not quite dramatically, and reporting tends to drop off during the weekend.

these numbers.

Give the reopening time.

I fear that since they haven't come up with any way to treat it, that the numbers will start to climb.

did not list deaths on Sunday 6/7/2020.

Some did not even list new cases.

This count is incomplete and inaccurate.
