I have not been able to find a picture or video footage of Kristian Rouz (which seems somewhat somewhat strange for a TV correspondent.)

He's not in any of those pictures or clips in this thread, the woman is the anchor introducing his report.

There are just voice-overs accompanying video footage of bizarre conspiratorial stories.

If you listen to the report on Mr. Gugino, and others from this person, the voice has a Russian accent and actually sounds strangely robotic.

Have the Russian bots moved from Twitter to TV?
