Supreme Court rejects several gun rights cases for next term

WASHINGTON (AP) — The Supreme Court on Monday passed up several challenges to federal and state gun control laws, over the dissent of two conservative justices.

Gun rights advocates had hoped the court would expand the constitutional right to "keep and bear arms" beyond the home.

prior to the election. A Republican President probably ensures a 7-2 Conservative court for a generation.

He has already cemented his legacy of this court as a wildly partisan and destructive one.

Citizens United?

Voting Rights Act?

I will give him credit for upholding the Affordable Care Act at the beginning. Now let's hope he stands tall with respect to Trump's Taxes and his claim of universal power of the Executive Branch.
