Confederate flag flying is morphing.

This may not be a GD post but I don't know where it may fit.

Was driving through the panhandle of Texas yesterday. Traveling pretty fast in the empty plains and there was a small residence
just off the highway with all sorts of typical farm things; house, outbuildings, cars, a few trees, etc. Pretty much all by itself for many miles but they had a pretty tall flagpole. Wind was blowing pretty wildly but I noticed it looked sort of like the Texas flag. Not unexpected of course.

But as I discerned with a couple of side glances. It wasn't the Texas Flag. It was the original Confederacy Government flag, not the usual Battle Flag- you know the one with the stars and the cross bars. It was the blue upper left corner with 7? ( I couldn't really count) stars and 3 strips- red over white over red. Had to look it up when I got home. Wasn't the Texas flag with one star in a blue field on the left with a white bar over a red bar.

Just thought that maybe the losers of the Confederacy are changing their tactics a little in order not to show their true strips, at least for a short while.

And it is basically the state flag of Georgia except for the Georgia arch.

I'm glad they changed it as it is hideous.
