Officer Rolfe was totally out of control. He behaved like a complete psycho.

11 charges including murder for the killer
3 charges for the other cop.
They have photos of the killer standing on Brooks as he died.
The other cop rolled on the killer.

What does that mean?

11 counts.

One of the bullets also struck a car in the drive through line. 11 counts, that cop is going to prison.

Didn't they have sufficient cause from the very moment they did the field sobriety/breathalizer test to charge him with DUI? Were they trying to get Brooks to admit to something incrminating so they could arrest him? Were they trying to goad him into doing something more serious, like resisting?

Definitely ‘recording’ anything can be used as evidence.
