Black Like Me by John Howard Griffin.

I first read Black Like Me in a High School history class. Someone mentioned it here on DU the other day so I decided to read it again.

Much has changed since 1960, but so much has not. Mr. Griffin's words will break your heart all over again.

Now is a good time to read this book.
