They acted independent this week on social issues but next week it's the right wing Russian Repug president & politics on trial and I'd bet big money they side with him in every instance, gutting the constitution because of partisan politics and to enforce the dictatorship of the oligarchs.

Roberts is almost certain to side with the liberals, I can tell by his questions.

Don't worry people, I guarantee it. The big rulings will be 6-3, or 5-4 with Roberts joining the liberals. I'm not saying the SC is liberal now, but they will be on these issues coming up. They still are 5-4 majority conservative on big business, which is better than conservative on social issues.
