Because I think that is why Roberts has been throwing liberals a bone on the past couple of decisions which was to brace is for the sledge hammer on both tax return cases.
Democrats dropped the ball on this one guys. Even the liberal justices were trying to help council make the case for oversight and financial crimes instead of a legislation claim.

...everyone already knows he's a crook and 40% the people don't care... but a laughingstock and a loser is much more devastating to his image among deplorables...
