The only reason he is such an asshole is that he is deeply scarred emotionally, and has never experienced true happiness and satisfaction. If he were to really know happiness and satisfaction he would no longer have the destructive needs and impulses that make him such a danger to the country and to the world. If he were truly happy then he would simply go away and stop tormenting us. That, in my book, would be a win-win scenario, and it could be accomplished without hurting anyone.
