This scenario won't happen, and I actually agree with those who think there should not be a presidential debate at all. Trump is not a real president. He's not. If DEMs get to a double landslide (>20 pts) position in the polls by early October, nothing to be gained. Also, if Biden will tease with maybe he will debate but has not decided yet, he can then move into Trump's head and occupy the entire space.
