She died a year and a half ago. The account was kept open until the probate was completed (due to some errors it has taken a while). They just filed the final tax return. The bank called my husband the other day and said she got a payment from the government. He went out and looked and it was the stimulus. What was crazy was it was not just for her, but one for her husband who died 5 years ago. The attorney is trying to help him send it back. So many people hurting and they are sending these payments to dead people!
