...in Texas, where they’re almost out of beds (6 icu beds left out of 1300?)
Is it because TX is too big, whereas nyc was more concentrated?
Is Abbott not asking for it?
Or have pence and the task force just lost interest?

The Army Corps of Engineers is always available to help areas with emergencies.

If they don’t request it, USACE does not respond

to reconsider reopening with few restrictions.
