Maybe President Biden can start a mental health initiative to help people like that since they often don't even realize they have divorced themselves from reason and consensus reality.

Really, she could use some help all things considered and outside of the political context. Instead of her just having a voice in public, it might be good to give her some rights to counseling and therapy. It could make a world of difference, but we can see that not much emphasis has been placed on the health of the public in many ways.
