And they're the least compensated.

Those who work in the executive suites truly have no idea about how hard it is for so many of us. They may work long hours, but they get huge sums of money, and have a lot of control over their time. They are not subject to being fired if they're a few minutes late, or need to take time off for a sick child.

They have no idea.

If it makes you feel any better, his political career ended while you were seeing those 24 patients. He doesn't seem to realize it yet, but it did.
