I kinda feel bad for Ann Romney

Her husband is running for an office that will put her out in front of all of America for at least 4 years and HE thinks so little of her that he thinks we'll get bored of her within the next 7 weeks.

Ann. I feel really bad for you that you married such a jackass. I really do.

A lot of us can relate to one day realizing our spouse is a jackass. It ain't no fun for any of us.

She is exactly like her husband. She signed on for this and she's played it so she's not an innocent waif who's been had. She's every bit the jackass her husband is.

But damn - have your husband say right out in front of 6 billion people that he thinks you are boring as hell.

That's gotta hurt.

If my husband ever said that about me he'd be looking for a few pieces of his genitalia right now. Ann might not ever know he said that. News articles are for "you people".

Watching my husband of 33 years, veteran, on social security and still not fully recovered from a serious illness a few years ago....having to watch that video tonight. Now, that was painful!

After we talked, he went to his computer and donated his second $50.00 contribution. We are proud to call ourselves Democrats, even more so after this day.

Perhaps if he had gone to Vietnam instead of France, he would have chosen a better path, and perhaps a better wife...not Mrs. "you people".

The evil witch had her atheist father baptized posthumously against his wishes. So much for 'Honor Thy Father and Mother.' And she claims to be a Christian. She's as big of a tool as her husband.

She's got her car elevator and magic underwear. Downside is she'll have Mittens to live with for the rest of her life unless she smartens up.

Besides she's a heartless person, despite protestations to the contrary.

how many illegals are employed in the elite horse circles. How she could easily have been bankrupted by her MS were she one of 'you people'. How her family was the bigger, richer deal when they met. How having mismatched carpets is not the worst undergrad experience of all time....yet, feel for her.

Apparently under the belief that your compassion is a finite quantity that might easily run out, and so must be parcelled out only to the deserving. I think you're right, there's something pitiable about them. OTOH, getting their asses handed to them in the election might just be the character-building experience the Republicans need to grow up as mature, patriotic Americans. Think of it as a kind of tough love.

It takes considerable work to think of anything I like about either one of them and as of yet I have not been successful. Any time either one of them open their mouth I find myself feeling like I'd like to punch it.

But you are right, compassion is not finite.

What is that saying? Eye for an Eye makes the whole world blind?

Ya gotta figure everyone associated with that Titanic of a campaign are taking notes and will have their books to tell "their side of things'. Queen Ann's should be a real pip...blaming the "hired help" for not "getting it" and "them people" for not being worthy. You can see this lady's seething underneath of all the indignities she's had to go through in trying to be a "real" person...beneath her "station in life".

No need ever to feel sorry for these elite...they sure don't feel sorry for you...

is... I feel badly she has MS, but given it is the highly treatable form and she has the best care $$ can buy, I reserve more of my concern to the countless numbers of Americans who can not.
