He would sooner bomb American cities than he would Russian ones. Putin says nice about him, the mayors IN NYC, LA, SF, SEA, etc., do not.

If he resigns he faces multiple indictments and unending criminal investigations once his taxes become public and his looting of the treasury while in office become known. He faces sure jail time. The only chance he has to avoid that fate is to stay in office and hope for the election miracle that will never come.
