This is just my opinion. Facts are things that actually happened. Is that ok with you that I have an opinion?

You don't have to attack those that differ with your way of thinking. Discourse is pretty cool. Try it some time.

I want to understand you. I come here to look at things from the Lib perspective. Just because I don't agree doesn't mean I have to attack you. Stir up trouble? I'm a libertarian. The idea that my personal freedom is being taken away by a gov't I don't recognize is troubling.

I don't have the time right now to discuss issues point by point.

However, you might tell others posting here what personal freedoms you feel are being taken away.

If I have the time later at work, I will check to see what they are.

You haven't lost any personal freedoms and if you don't recognize this gov't., it's because it's an actual working gov't. as opposed to Bush's parody of one.

We must ensure the people realize the republican party is led by those solidly owned by wealthy powerful individuals and seeks only to increase the ability of their owners to control our government and to therefore put into place a system with no protections for the workers. Mitt Romney is an exact portrait of who they are, these very powerful rich elites. I say elites, not because they are so intelligent but because they believe we are so dumb, as well as ignorant. We must now get out the vote and start to bring freedom back to the people by using solid science to increase their well-being and financial security. What is good for the people is god for the country.
We must ensure, the republican gerrymandering of many states such as Ohio is removed by voting for independent redistricting commissions where ever you are. We must redouble our efforts and ensure thatwe increase the bow wave of Romney disgust and Obama likeability to wash in more progressives in every state. We must hook Romney with his teaparty backers which after all serve like he does at the pleasure of powerful elite rich people. Wemust educate our voters and remove the clothes of Romney who would have been emperor.
Let us never forget how much disdain Romney and his ilk have for the people of this country. Let us not forget how he is now just trying to be the wolf hiding in sheep's clothing. Let us be the ones who return this country to greater prosperity and freedom, because we know that freedom and liberty engender and require prosperity. Vote for Progressives.

What if we conservatives want the same thing? We could work together instead of polarizing and demonizing.

We do have more in common than you want to believe.

That's a good one. LOL!

You think Mitch McConnell, John Boehner, Eric Cantor, or Paul Ryan - to name only a few - are interested in working together? All they care about is ensuring that Obama does not get a second term. They have said so publicly. That is polarizing. And all they have done is demonize President Obama.
