Sen Bill Cassidy, R-LA, actually just made a strong statement about killing US troops...weird

Deeply disturbed by the reports that Russia offered bounties to Taliban militants in exchange for targeting US troops in Afghanistan. This is unacceptable, and I urge our intelligence community to uncover the entire truth behind these attacks & hold any perpetrators accountable.

This is the first sign of concern I've seen from this pack of traitors

hmmmm (it's utterly meaningless, at this point, but hmmmm)

Cornyn is up for reelection this year: Having runoff elections for his opponent

Early voting started yesterday. And just like KY we have a woman veteran and an African American.

MJ Hegar, a former search and rescue and medevac pilot with the U.S. Army, ran for the U.S. House in 2018, losing to incumbent John Carter (R) 50.6% to 47.7%. Hegar says she embodies the Texas values of strength, courage, and independence, and would counter partisan gridlock. Hegar's endorsers include the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, End Citizens United, and the Austin American-Statesman.

Royce West, who has served in the state senate since 1992, says he has a long legislative record, citing election governance, abortion, education, and healthcare as areas of particular concern. His endorsers include four of his state senate colleagues and 16 state house members.

They are both good candidates and I'm still unsure which one I will vote for. But rest assured after we have our candidate they'll need our support en masse to get rid of Cornyn the Enabler.

A woman Democratic Senator or an African American Democratic Senator from the Great State of Texas!

I'm torn

But rest assured they are both great candidates against Cornyn the Enabler.

Thanks for voting

Don't know who is running against him

OK dems are apretty dispirited bunch. Have been ever since I moved back in 89 from IA. Talk about a contrast!

The volunteer helping at the dem county headquarters had real difficulty finding my legislative districts so I could know which candidates to check out for my 1st election here.

Here's a loulou

Joan Farr (I)

Joan Farr
Town: Tulsa
Occupation: Business owner
Platform: Farr’s website calls her “a huge Trump supporter,” adding that she “will switch to Republican if elected, just missed the deadline for converting prior.” Farr’s website says she would want to take a poll of voters before voting on any congressional bills. She has proposed a debt-reduction plan wherein a middle-class or poor family that agrees to stop doing drugs, smoking, gambling and drinking for one year would have their personal debt paid by a “rich person.” The proposal would involve monitoring participants with a surveillance device, and those who complete the program would receive a “certificate signed by the president.”

Good Luck!

It sounds like the intelligence community has uncovered the truth, but the people they reported the truth to seem heavily invested in distorting it or covering it up. In fact, they've gone through three or four different stories already trying to obfuscate things.
